FC St. Pauli 2 clinched first place in the standings with a narrow victory over HSG Pinnau

This meeting between the two undefeated teams, should allow FC St. Pauli 2 to show a better face than last year when its reduced squad suffered a defeat in the return match.

The game started evenly, but by the end of the first half, HSG Pinnau had taken a slight lead, leading 19-16 at halftime. The second half was a difficult start for St. Pauli, with the opposing team extending the lead to seven goals (26-19) by the 40th minute.

However, it was time for the “Remontada”, and thanks to a sustained team effort, FC St. Pauli 2 managed to turn the tide. The legend says that Janisalf the grey appeared briefly before a penalty: "You shall not score" and HSG Pinnau's last hopes were dashed.
